We will also exclude the receipt and provide information on exchanges.
To save trees, we will not gift wrap individual items. But, we will make your box looks as pretty as possible!
Christmas Delivery
All orders need to be received by 2pm, 21st December to arrive in time for Christmas.
Final Dispatch
We will dispatch all orders received between 2 pm on 21/12/20 - midday 23/12/20 on a next working day service with DPD for delivery on Christmas Eve. Due to the increased strain on courier companies over this period we cannot guarantee that it will be with you on time. Please just contact us if you have any issues receiving your order!
Holiday Opening Hours
Returns
We are extending our returns period for all orders placed between 20th November - 24th December. This means, you can return your items right up until 31st January.
All you need to do is post your order back to our warehouse, quoting the order number on the exterior of the parcel. Our return address is: Ekotex Yoga, 18A Tennant Street, Edinburgh, EH6 5ND
